Manoj Singh, IAS, gets Proforma Promotion to Add. Secretary rank

Patna : Bihar Government on January 30, 2018, granted Proforma Promotion to 2009 batch IAS officer Manoj Kumar Singh, Private Secretary to Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Power and New and Renewable Energy Raj Kumar Singh, to the rank of Additional Secretary ( Junior Administrative Grade). Manoj Kumar Singh has been granted promotion with effect from January 1, 2018. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on January 30. Four of his batchmates including East Champaran DM Raman Kumar were promoted to Additional Secretary rank on January 29, 2018.
