Man sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment for killing brother

Buxar : ADJ I, Buxar, on November 17, 2017, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment Shamim Ansari for killing his brother Naseem Ansari in March 2015. The court also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 Shamim Ansari. Shamim Ansari and Naseem Ansari had property dispute. On March 17, 2015 both had gone to village Kat  under Brahmapur police station in Buxar district to attend a marriage ceremony where both quarrelled and Shamim Ansari killed his brother Naseem Ansari with a sharpedge weapon though he was immediately arrested. After hearing both the sides, the ADJ I awarded rigorous life imprisonment to Shamim Ansari.
