Darbhanga : A Fast Track Court at Darbhanga sentenced to eight year rigorous imprisonment (RI) one Vijay Kumar Sah alias Pappu for kidnapping and raping a minor girl in 2007 in Darbhanga district. The court held Vijay Kumar Sah guilty under section 376 (rape) of the IPC and sentenced him to 8 years rigorous imprisonment (RI). The girl was kidnapped and raped on March 9, 2007.
