Bagaha : Ramakant Bind of village Khiria-Machhargawa under Bagaha town police station in Bagaha police district allegedly killed his 19 year old sister Bhagawani Kumari on February 11, 2019, night, with a sharpedged weapon in a petty quarrel.
Ramakant Bind also seriously injured his mother Radhika Devi, wife of Sugriv Bind, when she had tried to rescue her daughter. Radhika Devi was admitted Kamalnath Tiwari Sub-Divisional Hospital, Bagaha, where Dr KBN Singh referred her to the District Hospital, Bettiah, for better treatment.
Police sources said that Ramakant Bind was absconding after the incident. SHO, Town police station, Bagaha, Mohd Ayub said that police were searching for the accused. Police brought the body over to Bagaha for autopsy.
