Man kills brother at Bhojpur village

Ara : A man killed his own brother at village Pitaro village under Agaw Bazaar police station (PS) in Bhojpur district the wee hour on August 1, 2017, and escaped. An FIR has been lodged with Agiaw Bazaar police station but no arrest has so far been made in this regard. Police brought the body to  Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

SHO, Agiaw Bazaar PS, Dinanath said that Bharat Paswan and Santosh Paswan, both brothers, had some tiff over a trivial after which they clashed. When their father tried to intervene, Santosh Paswan attacked him with lathi and injured him. Later, Bharat Paswan went to his neighbour Banarasi Ram and slept on the roof of his house to avoid tension at his house but Santosh Paswan, in a fit of fury, reached the roof of Banarasi Ram’s house  and killed his brother Bharat Paswan with a sharpedged weapon when he was sleeping. When he was trying to escape, one of his neighbour saw him and informed his family members.
