Bettiah : A seven year old girl Dipa Kumari was axed to death by her father Birgun Sah at village Bhikhampur Bijabania under Sirsia police outpost of Bettiah sub-division in West Champaran district on June 11, 2017, morning, for playing with children in the neighbourhood ignoring his order not to play with them.
Sirsia police outpost incharge Kiran Shanker said that the father of the deceased used to stop his daughter from playing with children in the neighbourhood but the girl did not obey the order which led to her killing. The killer is absconding, police. said.
