Bagaha : Armed criminals shot dead one Javed Mian of village Hata under Kushinagar district in Uttar Pradesh in broad daylight on March 6, 2019, after looting cash from him when he was returning home from village Edagahtola in Bhuyeedharwa panchayat under Bhitaha police station in Bagaha police district.
Javed Mian had gone to Edagahtola to distribute money among members of a women self-help group on March 6. Armed criminals, who were waiting for him, intercepted his bike and shot him dead after robbing him of cash and other belongings. SHO, Bhitaha police station, Manoj Kumar Sao said that police are investigating into the incident.
