Man dies in accident, son seriously injured in Saharsa

Saharsa : Rajendra Sah, a resident of village Siletbharna under Saurbazaar police station in Saharsa district was crushed to death at 9 am on May 16, 2017, by a speeding truck coming from opposite direction carrying goods when he was returning from Saurbazaar to his native village with his son Sujit Kumar on his bike.

Rajendra Sah died on the spot while his son Sujit was seriously injured and admitted to a private Nursing Home at Saharsa. The truck was going to Saharsa while Rajendra Sah was returning to his village Silet, said police. The truck driver managed to escape after the accident leaving the truck behind. Saurbazaar police seized the truck and the badly damaged bike.
