Bagaha : Dwarika Prasad, 30, son of Sudama Gond and a resident of Ward number 8 of Nagar Parishad, Bagaha, in West Champaran district, died due to electrocution on May 16, 2017. Subhas Mukhiya, SHO, Pathakauli police outpost said that the deceased had climbed on a tree felling its branches. Suddenly, he came in contact with a 33,000 volt livewire passes through the tree top and died. Police brought the body over to the Government Hospital, Bagaha, for autopsy. The body was later handed over to the family members.
