Patna : World No 103 Luksika Kumkhum, 25, Thailand, stunned top seed and World No 47 Saisai Zheng, 24, China, in a three-set thriller to enter the semi-finals of WTA Mumbai Open on November 2, 2018. Kumkhum beat Zheng 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 in the quarter-finals at Cricket Club of India, Mumbai, in a major upset in the tournament.
