Munger: A young boy and a girl of village Bikaramganj under Asaraganj police station in Munger district committed suicide by consuming poison on Tuesday. When their parents came to know that they had consumed poison, both of them were rushed to the nearby government hospital where the doctor referred them to Bhagalpur Mayaganj hospital for better treatment. While the girl Ruby Kumari, daughter of Fedan Chaudhry, died on way to Bhagalpur, Suman Kumar, son of the village Sarpanch, died in course of treatment at the hospital. Family sources said that both the boy and the girl were in love for sometimes and wanted to marry, but sensing some hurdles in their way, they consumed pesticide. However, the matter was not reported to the police from any side, sources said.(EOM)
