Loco Pilot of Saharsa – Danapur Intercity saves life of man

Saharsa : An alert Loco Pilot of Saharsa – Danapur Intercity Express on June 22, 2017, saved the life of a middleage man Mohd Isa who was lying on the railway track the train was to pass through to commit suicide due to domestic quarrel.

The Loco Pilot saw the man lying on the track at Ranichak – Mianchak level crossing near Simribakhtiarpur railway station in Saharsa district and stopped the train and handed him over to the people who had gathered there and then carried the train to its destination. Mohd Isa is a resident of village Jamalpur under Banma Itahari block in Saharsa district. Isa said he was fed up with frequent domestic quarrel hence wanted to commit suicide.
