Lightnig kills 2 persons in Bagaha

Bagaha : Lightning killed two persons including a teenage girl while two others were injured on May 3, 2019, in Bagaha police district in North Bihar. The injured were admitted to different  hospitals.

Sources  said that lightning struck Khirka  Kumari, 17,  of village Ghotahatola in Santpur Sohariya panchayat under Valmikinagar police station in Bagaha police district killing her on the spot while her mother Koeli Devi, 60, was seriously injured and admitted  private  nursing home at Harnatand .

In another incident, Hira Khatik  of village Lagunaha  under Chautarawa police station  died on spot after lightning  struck him when he was talking to one of his relatives on mobile phone. His son Chhotu Khatik was injured  seriously.
