Kingpin of job racket arrested from Muzaffarpur

Bagaha : Bagaha police arrested two persons including kingpin of a job racket Harikesh Das of village Sathi in West Champaran district. Bagaha SP Shankar Jha said that one Rajkumar Pal of Ramnagar police station in West Champaran  district appeared before Bagaha police office on February 3 carrying an appointment letter for the post of computer personnel at the police office claiming he had cleared an examination for the post allegedly held by a firm Beltron, Patna.

When the appointment letter  was examined by police, it was found fake. Police arrested Harikesh Das of village Sathi of the district on the statement of Raj Kumar Pal from Muzaffarpur on February 4. Pal informed police that Das had taken Rs 30,000 from him for the job. Incidentally, Pal was also arrested by police. SP Jha said that probe continues.
