Patna : India Numberv1 Ankita Raina, 26, has slipped five places to be ranked World No 193 with 311 points in the WTA rankings released on December 9, 2019. Riya Bhatia, India, has slipped one position to be ranked World No 378 with 121 points while Rutuja Bhosale, India, has slipped 2 places to be ranked World No 423 with 104 points.

Karman Kaur Thandi, 21, India, has slipped 103 places to  be ranked World No 568 with 56 points. Sowjanya Bavisetti, 25, India, remains static at World No 612 with 48 points.

Ashleigh Barty, 23, Australia, remains World No 1 with 7,851 points while Karolina Pliskova, Czech Republic, remains World No 2 with 5,940 points and Naomi Osaka, Japan, is World No 3 with 5,496 points. Wimbledon Champion Simona Halep, Romania, is World No 4 with 5,462 points. Serena Williams, USA, is World No 10 with 3,935 points. Former French Open and Wimbledon Champion Garbine Muguruza, Spain, remains static at World No 35 with 1,412 points.
