Ara: Hundreds of NDA activists led by senior BJP leader Nand Kishore Yadav staged a day long dharana in front of the office of the Bhojpur District Magistrate at Ara on Thursday in protest against release of Md Shahbuddin from jail and also also for his arrest under CCA.
Nand Kishore Yadav, a former state BJP president, said that jungle raj prevails in Bihar and no one is safe. ” The tall claims of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar regarding rule of law in the state is merely a slogan,” Yadav said. He said that the release of Md Shahbuddin is a glaring example of anarchy in the state and demanded his immediate arrest.
Danish Rizawan, national spokeperson of Hindustani Awam Morcha ( Secular), attcked castigated the state government on law and order front and said that it was instrumental in the release of Shahbuddin. Later, a delegation met the DM and handed him over their charter of demands.
