Jharkhand police to keep close watch on GT road to check coal smuggling

Dhanbad: Coal belt DIG  Saket Singh has asked Dhanbad SP  Manoj Ratan Chothe  to keep close watch on  all highways passing through Dhanbad zone including  National highway quadrilateral  road  (Grand trunk road) and state highways to stop economic crime at any cost. Saket on Saturday said that  if close vigil is maintained on highways and roads by the cops  round the clock , it will definitely check all types of crime including economic crime .

“I have asked the SSP to ensure that all OCs posted  in  different police stations  in Dhanbad  carry sincere patrolling duty while cultivating intelligence networking under their respective jurisdiction which will help them in getting information  on right time, “  the saidDIG.
