Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : Jharkhand DGP D K Pandey on May 15, 2017, held a high level meeting here with two DIGs and SP of 7 districts of North Chotanagpur division.The two DIGs present at the meeting were Hazaribagh DIG Upendra Kumar Sinha and Coal belt DIG Saket Singh. The SPs of Hazaribagh, Koderma, Giridih, Ramgarh, Chatra,Dhanbad and host Bokaro districts were also present.
Later talking to the mediapersons, the DGP said that he convened the meeting to call upon top cops to start their final fight against naxalites, who will be wiped out within one year as their top commanders are surrendering one after another. The latest to add to the list was Kundan Pahan and with not too many left, once cops starts a final offensive, the day is not far off when Maoists will disappear from Jharkhand.
