Ara : Jharkhand police, with the help of their Bhojpur counterpart, arrested two lovebirds from a rented house in Saheb Tola locality under Bihia police station on April 6, 2019, and took them to Jhankhand.
SHO, Bihia police station, said that Vikky Gupta, son of Ramdeo Gupta of village Dohatad under Dhansar police station in Dhanbad in Jharkhand, was in love with a teenage girl of the area and eloped with her on March 9, 2019, and reached Bihia and started living at rented house there.
A named FIR was lodged by Dhansar police station against Vicky Gupta in connection with kidnapping of the girl on the statement of the father of the girl. After institution of the FIR, Jharkhand police searched for the girl and following her mobile phone location reached Bhojpur on April 5, 2019, evening. With the help of Bhojpur police, Jharkhand police arrested the lovebirds and took them to Dhanbad.
