Bokaro (Jharkhand) :   Jharkhand DGP D K Pandey on March 4 night night felicitated Bokaro SP Y S Ramesh for better policing  and human friendly relationship  which includes starting several initiatives for protection of women folks and simplification of law for getting passports without police hassles. Bokaro SP has been appreciated for starting pink patrol for checking eve teasing and rushing cops to protect women in cases of domestic violence once a call is made to them besides simplifying act to get passport. Ramesh was even  appreciated for cracking several murder cases and checking crime in the district in a very short span.
