Indian Rowing team wins Gold Medal at Asian Games

Patna : The Rowing team of India won Gold Medal at the Asian Games on day 6 by winning the men’s Quadruple Skull event final on August 24, 2018, at Jakarta – Palembang, Indonesia. The Rowing team comprised Sawarn Singh, Dattu Bhokanal, Om Prakash, and Sukhmeet Singh. The Indian team touched the finish line in first place to win the Gold. Indonesian team won Silver while the Thailand team won the Bronze Medal. This was first Gold Medal for India in Rowing.
