Patna : The doubles pair of Rohan Bopanna and Divij Sharan, India, won Gold Medal in tennis at the 18th Asian Games by defeating Alesandr Bublik and Denis Yevseyev, Kazakhstan, in the men’s doubles final at Jakarta-Palembang, Indonesia, on August 24, 2018. Bopanna and Sharan beat the Kazakhstan pair of Bublik and Yevseyev 6-3, 6-4 in the men’s tennis doubles final. It was India’s 6th Gold Medal at the 18th Asian Games. Bopanna and Sharan, the top seeds, were not only very quick but also held their service.
