Patna : The three-day warm up match between India and Australia A ended in a draw on December 13, 2020, at Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney, Australia, as Ben McDermott, 26, son of former Australian Test cricketer Craig McDermott (fast bowler), scored an unbeaten 107 in 167 balls with 16 fours while medium fast bowler Jack Wildermuth, 27, scored an explosive unbeaten 111 in 119 balls hitting 12 fours and 3 sixes. Wildermuth hit fast bowler Mohd Shami for 2 sixes in his 13th over.

Australia A, who were all out for a paltry 108 in their first innings, scored 307/4 in their 2nd innings. India had scored 194 in their 1st innings and declared their 2nd innings at 386/4 with Rishabh Pant and Hanuma Viharo scoring tons.
