India all out for 247 in Johannesburg test, S Africa 5/1

Patna : India were all out for 247 in their second innings on the third day of the third cricket test against South Africa at New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, South Africa, one hour after tea on January 26, 2018, with Ajinkya Rahane being the top scorer with 48 and Captain Virat Kohli making 41.

Rahane was involved in a 55 run partnership with Bhuvaneshwar Kumar for the seventh wicket. Bhuvaneshwar, who hadmade 30 in the first innings, made 33 in the second. Fast bowler Mohammad Shami made 27 in 28 balls hitting  2 sixes and a four and was involved in a 35 run partnership with Kumar. Ishant Sharma remained unbeaten on 7.

For South Africa, Vernon Philander took 3/61, Kagiso Rabada 3/69 and Morne Morkel 3/47. Lungisani Ngidi took 1/38.

Set a target of 241 runs to win the third test, South Africa were 5/1 in two overs with opener Aiden Markram getting out on 4 to Mohammad Shami.
