Patna : India  scored 386/4 in 90 overs in their 2nd innings at stumps on Day 2 in a three-day match  against Australia A at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), Sydney, Australia, with Hanuma Vihari scoring an unbeaten 104 in 194 balls hitting 13 fours and Rishabh Pant scoring an an unbeaten 103 in 73 balls with 9 fours and 6 sixes. India lead by 472 runs. India had scored 194 in their first innings. Australia were all out for 108 in their first innings.

Vihari and Pant have added 147 runs in their unbroken partnership for the 5th wicket. Pant hit medium fast bowler Jack Wildermuth,27, for 4 fours and a six on successive balls in his 15th over, the 90th over of the innings. He also hit spinner Mitchell Swepson for 2 fours in 89th over. Vihari hit Swepson for 3 fours in 75th over. Opener Mayank Agarwal scored 61 runs while Subhman Gill scored 65 runs. Captain Ajinkya Rahane scored 38 runs. Opener Pathiv Shaw scored just 3 runs.
