Implemention of UMIS by varsities discussed at VCs’ meeting

Patna : The implementation of University Management Information System (UMIS) by different universities from academic session 2019-20 was discussed at a meeting of VCs held at Raj Bhavan conference hall on August 11, 2018. Governor cum Chancellor of state universities Satya Pal Malik presided over the meeting.

Governor Malik asked the universities to use latest information technology in their works. It will also bring trasparency in their functioning besides helping them be more proactive, he said. He also stressed on successful execution of ‘BEd Post Mbile App’ by all BEd Colleges and respective universities. He said the quality of BEd teaching and training can be improved by ensuring the attendance of both students and teachers.
