Implementation of Routine Immunisation programme tardy in Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur : Muzaffarpur DM Dharmendra Singh has taken serious note of tardy implementation of Routine Immunisation programme in the district and asked the health department authorities here to identify the officials found lax in dutynt. Around 8,000 children under 16 blocks of the district are yet to benefit from routine immunisation programme. The health department officials have identified 80 centres in the district where children have remained uncovered under the programme. The WHO has also sent a report to the DM, Muzaffarpur, informing him about the status of the programme and children who have remained uncovered in the district.
