Patna : Harkishore Rai, an IPS officer of 2011 batch, was on April 3, 2017, appointed Commandant, Homeguuards, Patna. The Home (police) department, Bihar government, issued a notification to this effect on April 3. Rai was waiting for waiting for posting at Police Headquarters for sometime. The government has directed the DGP to issue the movement order immediately.
