Buxar : Gujarat police with the help of their Buxar counterpart arrested a rape case accused from village Lodhas under Itadhi police station in Buxar district on October 19, 2018, evening, and took him with them to Gujarat.
Buxar SP Satish Kumar said that Anil Yadav, 20, of village Lodhas lived at Limbayat Gidadra in Gujarat and worked in a factory. He decoyed a three year old girl of his landlord and outraged her modesty and when she tried to escape from his clutches, he hit on her head from behind with an iron rod and later strangulated her to death and escaped from the place.
The family members of the girl were searching for her as she was not seen anywhere for two days and finally lodged complaint with the police. Ten teams of Limbayat Crime branch police, PCB and SOG started searching for the girl separately and at last they found the body packed in a plastic bag from a room in the ground floor of house where the parents of the girl lived and brought the body for post-mortem. The doctors preserved 10 samples from the body and sent them to the Forensic Science Laboratory.
Anil Yadav lived next door to the girl’s family. He took her to his house where he outraged her modesty and escaped. A named FIR was lodged with police against Anil Yadav.
