Patna: Governor Ram Nath Kovind will inaugurate the three-day children film festival at Bharatiya Nritya Kala Mandir on September 7. The festival is being organised by the Children Film Society of India and Pataliputra Cine Society. Six films will be screened during the festival. Two of them will be cartoon films.
