Governor Chauhan inaugurates NDA Golden Jubilee function, stresses on quality education

Patna : Bihar Governor Fagu Chauhan on November 27, 2019, said that education lays a strong foundation for a model society. Addressing the Golden Jubilee function of Notre Dame Academy (NDA), Patna, as the Chief Guest after inaugurating it, Governor Chauhan said that quality education produces responsible citizens resulting in a strong, civilised, and developed station and nation.

The Governor said that the objective of education is not only to prepare the students get a job but to make them a citizen committed and dedicated to the nation. Patriotism, morality, self-confidence, and philanthropism are the qualities required to become an ideal student, Governor Chauhan said.

Bishop William D’Souza, Patna DM Kumar Ravi, Commissioner, Patna Division, Sanjay  Ahrawal, Principal, NDA, Sister Jessy, Sister Tessy, Sister Srija, Bishop S Kallupuracal, and Secretary, CBSE, were present on the occasion. NDA Principal Sister Jessy present a Memento Governor Chauhan. The NDA students presented a cultural programme to mark the occasion.
