Girl raped for four days by youth, meets Rohtas SP

Sasaram: A case of outraging of the modesty of a teenage girl came to light on Friday when she complained to the Rohtas SP M S Dhillon in this connection on November 4, 2016.

The girl, a native of village Kachhava under Karakat police station in Rohtas district, informed the SP that her father works in a private firm at Ludhiana, Punjab, and she lived with her father there. On October 5, 2016, she was returning home with Ram Ji Sah and Shatrughan of her village, who worked with her father in Ludhiana. On October 7, they reached Dehri-on Sone railway station and then reached Kachhava where Ram Ji Sah sent Shatrughan to his home and took her to have some refreshment.

At the line hotel, Ram Ji Sah called an unknown youth. The youth took her to Dehri once again on his motorcycle and when she realised why he had brought her back to Dehri the youth started threatening her and took her to a house and outraged her modesty for four days. After much persuasion, he agreed to release her. She came to her home by a bus on October 12. She said that she was so much frightened that she could not go to the police to file an FIR. Her family members consoled her and she went to Karakat police station but the SHO refused to lodge an FIR on October 28. Then she went to the SP on November 4, 2016, and requested him to provide her security and arrest her tormentors. The SP assured her of all possible help.
