Bhabhua : Two brothers outraged modesty of their teenage niece for several months at village Khaneth under Kudara police station in Kaimur district and when she became pregnant, they got her aborted at a private clinic. A named FIR was lodged with the Woman police station, Bhabhua,  on the statement of the girl against her maternal uncles Upendra Singh and Surendra Singh of village Karup under Kargahar police station in Rohtas district on April 3, 2017, evening but no arrest has so far been made in this connection. Later, police brought her to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for medical examination.

SHO, Woman police station, Bhabhua, Anchala Kumari, said that mother of the teenage girl had died and her father was sent to jail in 2016. The girl, a native of village Khanet village under Kudara police station, has one younger sister and two younger brothers. After her father was jailed, the children all alone at the house. At this, the survivor met her father in jail and narrated her woes.

Her father called his brothers-in-law Upendra Kumar and Surendra Kumar and handed over charge of his four teenage children and even agricultural land at his village to them. His brothers-in-law started living in Khanet to look after the children and agriculture. The duo began outraging modesty of their teenage niece regularly with a threat to kill all the four children if she dared open her mouth before anyone. They also beat up her teenage brothers when they protested their act. Meanwhile, the girl  became pregnant. Her brothers told their maternal uncle Upendra Kumar about pain in their sister stomach. Upendra Kumar took her to Sasaram where he got her aborted at a private clinic. She had to stay for three days at the clinic and her maternal uncle kept the medical prescription with him.

In the meantime, her father got bail and came out of the jail on March 21, 2017, but she could not tell her father about her torture but her brothers mustered courage and narrated everything to their father on April, 2, 2017. Hearing about her ordeal, he along with the survivor went to the Woman police station on April 3 evening and got a named FIR lodged against his two brothers-in-law.
