Patna: Notorious gangster Lotha Gope was arrested from North Mandiri locality late on January 2 night by Buddha Colony police, Patna. The SHO said that Lotha was found in an inebiriated condition creating nuisance at Chakkan tola in North Mandiri locality. Police personnel are interrogating him as he figures in several cases.
