Kishanganj: Four minor girls of village Rahmapara under Kochadhaman block in Kishanganj district drowned to death on Saturday while trying to pluck a lotus from a pond. Three of the deceased were identified as Sumaiyya, Sadia and Tasqin. SDO Mohammad Shafiq confirmed the incident. The SDO aid that the parents of the deceased would get Rs 4 each as ex-gratia.
