Ara: The four – day Ram Katha organized at Ramna Maidan from October 20 to October 23, 2016, under the aegis of Manas Mandir Nirman Sewa Samiti, concluded on Sunday. The function started with Kalash Yatra on October 20 followed by Ram Katha. Acharya Sudarshan Ji Maharaj delivered sermon on Sri Ram Charit Manas. People were spell bound by his narration. Acharya Sudarshan Ji Maharaj added a new dimension to Ram Katha narration.He said that King Janak had invited all the kings of the time except King Dashrath for the swayembar of his daughter Sita as Ravana, demon king of Lanka had threatened him not to invite Dashrath saying he was his enemy. He also shed a new light on the first meeting of lord Ram with Sita at Pushpvatika at Janakpur.
