Nawada: The Rajaouli police in Nawada district on Saturday afternoon arrested four persons who were trying to smuggle in 10 cartons of Royal Stag brand of IMFL in a car into Bihar. Besides 50 litres of local brewed desi liquor were also seized. All the four arrested persons belong to Kankerbagh locality of the state capital.
