Bagaha: Champaran range DIG Gopal Prasad on September 6 suspended Bagaha police station SHO Satyendra Ram for dereliction of duty. Sources said that the SHO did not take any action when a group of goons were razing to the groumd seven shops at Nawaki Bazaar, Bagaha, in West Champaran district using JCB machine and bulldozer on September 3, 2016, night. Meanwhile, police have arrested four named accused Lalam Yadav,Kailash Bind, Nandlal Yadav and Shyam Kishore in connection with the incident. One of shopkeepers Vishwanath Das had lodged a case with Bagaha police station in connection with September 3 incident.
