Bagaha : Twelve families of Kotawa tola in Baragoan panchayat under Bagaha-1 block in Bagaha police district were rendered homeless on early March 6, 2018, when a devastating fire, which brock out due to electric short circuit, gutted their houses. Two LPG cylinders  also exploded during the fire.

Meera Devi and Jitendra chaudhary, who were among those rendered homeless, said that their houses were reduced to ashes in the fire. They could  save their lives only. An officer of Bagaha-1 block said that relief was is being provided to he affected families. He said that property and valuables worth Rs 10 lakh were destroyed in the fire.
