FIR lodged against CPI(ML) leader for alleged violation of Model Code of Conduct

Ara : Block Development Officer (BDO) cum Assistant Returning Officer, Sahar, Manish Kumar, on March 17, 2019,  lodged a named FIR with Sahar police station against the Block Secretary, CPI (ML), in connection with alleged violation of Model Code of Conduct.

During a visit, wall writings of the CPI(ML) were found on the wall of Primary Health Centre, Sahar, said the BDO and added that at least 18 FIRs have so far been lodged with Sahar police station in connection with violation of Model Code of Conduct.
