Patna: An FIR has been registered against five students of  Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), Muzaffarpur, with SC,ST police station under the Prevention of atrocities against SC/ST Act. Two students, both key accused, were expelled from the school earlier.

According to officer-in-charge of SC/ST police station Babban Baitha, Rajendra Chaudhury, grandfather of a class 12 student, had lodged the FIR against the five students alleging they had brutally assaulted his grandson and abused him in the class and made a MMS which was circulated by them.
Additional commissioner of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghthan U N Khvade visited the school on the instruction of union minister of state for HRD Upendra Kushwaha and conducted inquiry. School management issued admission termination certificates to two main accused students last week.
