FIR against NBFC in Bhojpur

Ara: An FIR has been lodged with Dhobaha police outpost on Tuesday against a non-banking financial company, Central Bank Staff Cooperative Limited, on the statement of the District Cooperative Extension Officer (DCRO) in connection with getting money deposited in the bank directly from the customer instead of agents and not getting the account of the bank audited. DCRO Sanjeev Kumar Verma said that a non-banking company, the Central Bank Staff Cooperative Limited, in violation of the directives of the Reserve Bank of India, was getting money deposited in the bank directly though it should be through agents. Again, the bank did not get its account audited so far.
