Bagaha: An FIR was lodged with Town police station, Bagaha, against Congress leader and an aspirant for party nomination from Valmikinagar parliamentary constituency in West Champaran district Sanjay Yadav for violation of Model Code of Conduct on March 15, 2019.
SHO, Town police station, Bagaha, Jitendar Prasad, said on March 15 that Sanjay Yadav had displayed posters on electric poles in the favour his candidature and did not remove within the period prescribed by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
