Bagaha:  Parma Soni, 60, a resident of Bhaisahi under Bhairoganj police station in West Champaran district, was found murdered at village Nadda under the same police station on March 20, 2017 evening. Sources said that the deceased had gone to see his agriculture farm at Nadda. His dead body was recovered by police from his farm house after breaking open the lock of the house.
A muffler was found tied around the neck of the deceased. SDPO, Bagaha, Sanjiv Kumar, who reached the spot, said that prima facie it appears to be a fallout of some land dispute. The body was sent to Sub- divisional hospital, Bagaha, for autopsy the same day. Police are investigating the case but no arrest has been so far in this connection.
