Factional fight marks JD(U) workers’ meeting at Bagaha

Bagaha : The JD(U) worker’ meeting held on October 13, 2018, at Nagar Bhavan Bagaha, was marked by scuffle between two factions of the local unit of the party on the dais in the presence of party’s National General Secretary ( organisation) R C P Sinha, MP, and Food & Consumer Protestion Minister Madan Sahni.

While one faction was led by Nagar  Parishad, Bagaha, Chairperson, and President of JD(U) Bagaha police district unit Gayasuddin while the other faction was led by Ramnagar Kisan cell president of the party Anil Patel. The scuffle started for seat sharing on the dais. But, the situation was brought under control following intervention of senior local leaders and the meeting continued.

Addressing the party workers, R C P Sinha asked them to go to villages to make the people aware of the achievements of Nitish Kumar led NDA governmentt. He said that during the last two years 3.25 lakh people had benefited from Public Grievance Redressal system while prohibition had brought peace in the society and as a result law and order was good. He said that the dowryless marriages had brought happiness among the girls. Sinha also exhorted workers to gear up for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Madan Sahani asked party workers to educate their daughters. Former MP Kailash Baitha presided over the meeting.
