Patna : Nokal Djokovic (10,220 points) and Rafael Nadal (9,850 points) remain World No 1 & 2 respectively, but Dominic Thiem, 26, Austria, has become the new World No 3 replacing Roger Federer, 38, Switzerland, the winner of 20 Grand Slam title, in the ATP Rankings released on March 2, 2020. Thiem jumped 1 place to be ranked World No 3 with 7,045 points as Federer did not defend his Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships title & 500 points in 2020. Federer slipped one place to be ranked World No 4 with 6,630 points.

Daniil Medvedev, 24, Russia, remains World No 5 with 5,890 points while Stefanos Tsitsipas, 21, Greece, remains static at World No 6 with 4,745 points. Alexander Zverev, 22, Germany, also remains static at World No 7 with 3,630 points while Matteo Berrettini, 23, Intaly, remains World No 8 with 2,860 points.

Thiago Seyboth Wild, 19, Brazil, has jumped 69 places to be ranked World No 113 with 507 points after winning the Chile Open title on March 1, 2020, his first ATP tour title. Taylor Fritz, 22, USA, has jumped 11 places and is ranked World No 24 with 1,510 points after reaching the final of Mexican Open last last week where he lost to Rafael Nadal, 33, Spain. Daniel Evans, 29, UK, has jumped 9 places to be ranked World No 28 with 1,359 points after reaching the SFs at Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships last week. Grigor Dimitrov, 28, Bulgaria, has jumped 3 places to be ranked World No 19 with 1,850 points after reaching SFs at Mexican Open.

Nick Kyrgios, 24, Australia, has slipped 16 places to be ranked World No 39 with 1,170 points. But, Albert Ramos-Vinolas, 32, Spain, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 40 with 1,130 points after reaching the SFs at Chile Open last week. Miomir Kecmanovic, 20, Serbia, has jumped 3 places to be ranked World No 47 with 1,028 points after reaching 2nd round at Mexican Open last week.

Tommy Paul, 22, USA, has jumped 9 places to be ranked World No 57 with 894 points after reaching QFs at Mexican Open last week. cameron Norrie, 24, UK, has slipped 19 places and is ranked World No 77 with 712 points.

Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 30, India, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 132 with 405 points. Sumit Nagal, 22, India, remains World No 127 with 423 points. Ramkumar Ramnathan, 25, India, has slipped 2 places and is ranked World No 182 with 278 points. sasi Kumar Mukund, 23, India, has slipped 1 place and is ranked World No 280 with 157 points.
