Doctor threatened with dire consequence in Bhojpur

Ara : Medical Officer Incharge, Community Health Centre, Piro, in Bhojpur district, Dr Rajiv Kumar, on January 28, 2019, lodged a named FIR with Piro police station against Krishna of Rasauli village under Hasanbazaar Police Outpost for threatening him with dire consequences.

SHO, Piro police station, Janmejay Rai, said that Krishna of Rasauli village under Hasanbazaar Police Outpost, called the MO Incharge, Community Health Centre, Dr Rajiv Kumar, on January 28 late evening and inquired about availability of anti-rabies vaccine. When the doctor said that as of now no vaccine was available, Krishna allegedly abused him and also threatened with dire consequences, the SHO said.

Krishna also reached Community Health Centre and once again abused the doctor and threatened him to gun him down, the SHO added. In the meantime, other employees of the health centre gathered there. Seeing the people in large number, Krishna fled away from the scene threatening to kill the doctor.
