Patna : Novak Djokovic ( 11,160 points), Serbia, and Rafael Nadal (7,765 points), Spain, remain World No 1 &World No 2 respectivdely in the ATP rankings released on May 6, 2019, but winner of 20 Grand Slam singles titles Roger Federer, Switzerland, has jumped one place to be ranked World No 3 with 5,590 points. Alexander Zverev, Germany, has slipped 1 place to be ranked World No 4 with 5,565 points while Dominic Thiem, Austria, stays as World No 5 with 5,085 points.

Cristian Garin, 22, Chile, has jumped 14 places to be ranked World No 33 with 1,243 points after winning the singles title at Bavarian International Tennis Championships at Munich, Germany, on May 5, 2019, during which he had defeated top seed Alexander Zverev in the quarter-finals. Pablo Cuevas, 33, Uruguay, has jumped 16 places to be ranked World No 51 with 938 points after reaching the final of ATP Estoril Open in Portugal last week where he lost to World No 9 Stefanos Tsitsipas, Greece. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, 34, France, has jumped 8 places to be ranked World No 93 with 623 points.

Federico Coria, 27, Argentina, has jumped 50 places to be ranked World N0 216 with 234 points after winning ATP Challenger title at Savannah, USA, on May 5. Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, 19, Spain, has jumped 40 places to be ranked World No 127 with 428 points after reaching the semi-finals of Estoril Open last week. Sebastian Ofner, 22, Austria, has jumped 39 places to be ranked World No 126 with 436 points after winning ATP Challenger title at Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on May 6, 2019.

Hyeon Chung, 22, South Korea, has slipped 32 places to be ranked World No 155 with 370 points. Chung had defeated Novak Djokovic, Serbia, in the 4th round of Australian Open 2018. Ivo Karlovic, 40, Croatia, has jumped 6 places and ranked World No 97 with 599 points.

Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 29, India, has jumped 4 places to be ranked World No 88 with 629 points while Sumit Nagal, 21, India, has jumped 29 places to be ranked World No 303 with 113 points after reaching the SFs of ATP Challenger at Savannah, USA, last week. Yuki Bhambri, 26, India, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 336 with 80 points.
