New Delhi : A Diwali Milan programme was organised for the officers and staff of Prime Minister’s Office at Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi, on October 30, 2019. PM Narendra Modi extended warm Diwali greetings to everyone.
Appreciating the good work done by the entire PMO staff, the Prime Minister said that the transformative work done by the government has been possible due to the hard work and continuous effort of the staff. He enthused the staff to take stock of what has happened in the previous year and strive to achieve greater heights in the coming year, according to a PIB release.
Prime Minister Modi said that PMO acts as a role model for the entire government. He added that PMO not only executes but also inspires and leads the way. He urged the staff to be an inspiration to the rest of the Government with their work ethic and commitment. He outlined the goals that should be fulfilled before India celebrates its 75th year of independence in 2022. The PM said that PMO should keep working towards fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of millions of citizens.
