Dinesh Singh Bist appointed ADG, Modernisation

Patna : Dinesh Singh Bist, a Bhar cadre IPS officer of 1987 batch, was on November 17, 2017, appointed ADG, Modernisation, Bihar. He will also hold additional charge of ADG, State Crime Record Bureau (SCRB), and ADG, Wireless and Technical Services. Bist had been waiting for posting.

The Bihar Government on November 17 also allowed Preeta Verma, a 1991 batch Bihar cadre IPS officer and ADG, SCRB, Modernisation and Wireless, to proceed on central deputation for five years effective from the date of her joining as Chief Executive Officer, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Mumbai, under the Ministry of MSME. The Home ( Police) Department issued a notification to this effect on November 17 itself.
